Have a friend or relative you want to refer, but, they do not live nearby? I will honor a $5 off savings per referral to clients not located in your neighborhood that are in my routing areas. Messie Jessie's Policies Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. "No Show" Policy: In the event I arrive for a scheduled, confirmed appointment and find no one there to release the pet to our care, an invoice for the actual "trip fee" will be assessed and left at your door. ($15-25 depending on zone) Returned Check Policy: Messie Jessie's will accept only cash on the first visit to new clients. Subsequent visits may be paid with cash or personal check. Returned checks will be subject to a $20 fee or 10% returned check fee, whichever amount is greater. |
